The areas considered a review of:- Delivering of the KPIs- Review of evidence of patient improvement at review 12 months following completion of the course- Effectiveness of provider to be responsive to both patient requirements and commissioner requests- Provider innovation, rolling out new courses to support less easy to reach groups, such as offering Urdu, Gujarati and Hindi speaking courses.
