This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. The contract was confirmed to be awarded on 31st March 2025. The contract will in place between 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2030 with 2 x 12-month optional extensions available to be used at the Council's discretion. The estimated lifetime value of the contract will be £22,521,479.25 excl VAT. However, the amount payable to the awarded supplier could increase to £27,689,625.67 depending on if the Council is able to secure additional grant funding.
