Description
Submissions will be assessed on the basis of 60% Quality / 20% Social Value / 20% Price. The Quality, Social Value and Price scores will be added together to give you an overall score. Submissions will be evaluated: • by an evaluation panel comprised of representatives from Communications and Regenerations Team, on a consensus scoring basis; and • in accordance with the evaluation criteria, scoring and weightings as set out in this section.
