- The London Borough of Barnet intends to award a contract to Change Grow Live (incumbent provider) for the provision of Integrated Substance Misuse Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Service for Young People and Adults for a five-year period (1st April 2025 to 31st March 2030) in accordance with the Direct Award Process C (DAP C) of the Providers Selection Regime (PSR) (2023).
