Northumberland County Council (NCC) are undertaking market engagement on the Framework Agreement for the Supply of Quarried and Coated Materials and Ready Mix Concrete. The purpose of this Market Engagement is to provide potential contractors with an overview of the service requirements in advance of tendering the opportunity, and to invite contractor views on the proposed service via a series of questions. NCC will use the information received to help define the final scope and specification of the service.
