- The contract will include completing necessary C1, C2 & C3 electrical repairs identified as a failure by NPH’s appointed EICR contractor with 28 days of order request which may include: • Individual component repair and/or replacements • Full and partial rewires. • Replacement of consumer units. • Electrical work in communal areas. • Major communal electrical upgrades •Fire alarm installation.
