Description
The client reserves the right to add or omit properties, locations, or specific services from the contract schedule during the term of the contract. Please refer to the notes provided in the schedules (pricing documents) for Close Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance for further information. Tenderers will be asked to provide ad-hoc rates for additional works.

Renewal

Description
The initial contract period will be for 3 years with an optional extension period of up to 2 years. The contract will be renewed prior to contract end date which will be dependent on whether the optional extension periods are utilised.
