Planned Maintenance - Planned maintenance will be pre-booked in accordance with an agreed programme via Brunel University Estates Team. We allow for 1 No. Full Time Engineer during normal working hours. In addition to the lead site engineer, to ensure consistency of staff and skill set, there will be a second engineer who is site familiar and inducted to provide holiday/sickness cover.
