The service at present has 2684 registered service users comprising of 2089 Adults and 595 Children,<br/>of these there are 587 open referrals - 450 Adult and 137 Children. <br/>The contract commencement date is 1st August 2025 for 3 years (option to extend for 2 years).<br/><br/>TUPE information is available on request.<br/><br/>The total contract value for this procurement is £4,613,160 including VAT for the life of the contract.<br/><br/>This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
