The high-level scope of the contract is as follows: • Procurement Support • Existing Contracts Demobilisation • Supply Chain Mobilisation • Change Management • Transition Management • Cutover DWP Estates require the continuation of the services EY are providing as they are essential to the success of the WPS programme. These are an effective PMO function that has the capacity and capability to support the Workplace Services Programme, to minimise business disruption and ensure the new contracts are delivered on time. As well as access to additional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver the Workplace Services Programme. This Change Request is for the continuation of the existing service that is delivered by EY. Due to shifting timelines for the WPS Programme the Mobilisation of the WPS contracts have been delayed by DWP. This has had an impact on EY delivering some of the outcomes in the current specification.
