A rolling arrangement is in place with a single provider The key statistics of the Alarm Monitoring Services are: •Tameside – 24 schemes and 589 connections •Midlands – 21 schemes and 1,055 connections •North – 102 schemes and 2,530 connections Jigsaw is currently 70% through a programme of upgrading social alarm equipment to a digitally ready product in block schemes and replacing hardwired systems to dispersed alarms in standalone properties. Further details regarding scheme locations, kit types, staffing hours and call volumes and are set out in the Specification The Contract will last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at Jigsaw’s discretion for up to 2 additional years, giving a total potential term of 5 years. The Contract will commence in August 2025. A single provider will be appointed. The Contract will not be divided into separate lots. Jigsaw Homes Group will enter into this contract following a minimum 10 day calendar day standstill period starting on the day after the notification of the result. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (as amended) (the Regulations) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or who are at risk of harm by a breach of the Regulations to bring proceedings in the High Court. Any such proceedings must be brought within the limitation period specified by the Regulations according to the remedy sought.
