This opportunity was conducted through a Three-Stage Process. This approach has been taken to encourage applications for a variety of operators including SMEs and is intended to minimise the burden of the bidding process by only requiring more input if they are successful at an earlier stage. Those meeting the minimum Selection Criteria will be invited to submit a proposal.
