The award is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this procurement.<br/><br/>The Surrey and Sussex Cancer Alliance, hosted by Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust (RSFT), has awarded a contract for the delivery of the Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Programme. Following a competitive process, tender responses were evaluated against the five key criteria set out in the Provider Selection Regime.<br/>The initial term of the Contract shall be 4 years and 4 months from the service commencement date with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The services commencement date is 1st August 2025. Lung Health Checks (LHC) to commence in August 2025 and Low Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT) in September 2025. The expected lifetime contract value is up to £50.7m.
