Reduction Criteria
The award criteria includes Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice (20%) Social value (10%) Quality and Innovation (50%) and Financial sustainability (5%) Presentation and Interview (15%)Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated in the procurement documents. The ITT evaluation process covers the following stages ; 1. Preliminary Compliance Review - The information supplied in the Bid response(s) given by each Provider will be checked for completeness and compliance. 2. Evaluation of the Selection Questionnaire and ITT Questionnaire - Bid responses will be evaluated against the award criteria for both questionnaires as set out in ITT Evaluation Criteria & Weightings document and ITT guidance document. 3. Presentation & Interview Stage - Providers will be invited to the Presentation & Interview Stage which will be evaluated against the award criteria as set out in accompanying ITT Evaluation Criteria & Weightings and ITT guidance document. 4. Notification of Evaluation Outcome and Provisional Award Decision. - Providers will be notified of the evaluation outcome and provisional award decision via the e-tendering portal.

The Authority has concluded a competitive process under Provider Selection Regime to appoint an existing provider of primary medical care services already within the NEL ICB area for the patient list registered with Francis Road Medical Centre. Francis Road Medical Centre (FRMC) is currently managed under an APMS contract and the intention of the process is to allocate the existing site and list as an additional site to an existing GMS/PMS contract within the NEL ICB area. The existing GMS / PMS contract of the successful provider in this procurement will be varied to include the services to be provided at Francis Road Medical Centre. The current contract value for Lot 1 is approximately £777,510 per annum, which is based on the patient list. This notice is an intention to award a contract under the competitive process The new contract is expected to start on 1st of October 2025.
