It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 April 2025 for 3 years with an option to extend for a further two year period until 2030 (3+2). Winchester City Council requires a cleaning services company to provide efficient and high quality cleaning, at its main council office building, the historic Winchester Guildhall, and several office / work place locations within the city limits.
