Providing a gardening service to tenanted properties upon request. Void garden clearances Garage site maintenance The contract period will be 6 years and total contract value for Lot 1 is estimated to be £8,250,000. Lot 2: Arboriculture Services - this lot was withdrawn Produce and deliver an inspection and management programme for all trees upon housing land and located within the gardens of Wolverhampton Homes managed properties where specific criteria applies. The contract period will be 6 years and total contract value for Lot 2 is estimated to be £3,450,000 Bidders were able to bid on one or both lots
