This approach is not sustainable for managing a team of over 500 individuals, as it poses significant risks of data corruption and incorrect payments to Security staff. Implementing a robust rostering or Work Force Management system would mitigate these risks, streamline administrative tasks, and enhance efficiency in rostering and overtime management.
