Exclusive of short stay respite services, neurological services, and flexi care schemes.<br/><br/>The contract shall commence on 01 April 2025 and end on 31 March 2028.<br/><br/>This contract is a 2 year pilot (Contract value £1,644,000) with an option to extend for a further 1 year (Contract value: £822,000) at the discretion of the commissioner. The lifetime contract value is estimated to be £2,466,000.<br/><br/>This is a new service and has been awarded to a new provider.<br/><br/>The award criteria is the Most Suitable Provider Process Key Selection Criteria.Value not stated

Why this procedure was chosen
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 05th February 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
