Award Criteria Details
Tenderers can bid for as few or as many of Lots 1 to 4 as they choose. Tenderer's who wish to submit a bid for Lot 5 - Global, must also submit individual bids for Lot 1 - North Lancashire, Lot 2 - South Lancashire, Lot 3 - East Lancashire, and Lot 4 - Weekend Provision. For the avoidance of doubt, Tenderers cannot submit a bid for Lot 5 - Global only. The Authority may award contracts on the basis of entering into individual agreements with the Tenderer or Tenderers who offer the most economically advantageous solutions for Lots 1, 2, 3, and Lot 4; or entering into an agreement with the tenderer who offers the most economically advantageous solution for Lot 5. Please see tender documents for an explanation as to how the Authority will determine which solution will be chosen.
