a) Group provision- Offering a range of group activities for children and young people which includes opportunities for social inclusion and enrichment within the community with other children and young people. This may include increased provision during school holidays in line with the child's assessed needs. b) Outreach- Offering 1:1 (or staffing ration in line with assessed need) support to children and young people within the community (or home setting if required) to work towards outcomes identified within the support plan.
