Award Criteria Details
Each Council proposes to enter into one contract for an initial period of sixty (60) months with the preferred supplier, with an option to extend for a further two (2) periods of twelve (12) months, making eighty-four (84) months in total. Each of the participating Councils will award contracts separately and day-to-day transactions under the contract will be conducted between the appointed contractor and the Council concerned. This will include invoicing, which will be sent/issued directly to each Council. This requirement is being divided into the below Lots; potential suppliers are invited and required to tender for all (4) Lots Each Lot (A-C) has a separate specification; Lot D will comprise of 3 separate contracts with each Council, and each will include that particular Council’s specification. The participating councils will award contracts separately to the preferred provider(s) as either Lots A, B, C or only Lot D.
