Your submission will: Provide pre-construction advice and liaison with the design team to ensure a full works package, contractor design elements, agreement of the works programme, development of the risk register, completion of Bill of Quantities and finalised contract arrangements. Tenderers to submit costs for pre-construction fee, in addition to prelims, overheads and profits margin.£7.6m
