This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process.Date of Award: 8th August 2025The lifetime value of the contract is expected to be £1,841,923,724.Contract start date: 27th October 2025Contract End Date: 26th October 2030The contract may be extended by up to 3 years.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice.The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 23:59 on the 7th May. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.Written representations should be sent to nicola.cooper32@nhs.net.Award decision-makers - Kent & Medway ICB Board Conflicts of Interest: One Conflict of Interest was identified among the ICB Board. The ICB Board non-conflicted members, having assessed the nature and risk of this conflict, decided to exclude this member from the decision making process.The lifetime value of the contract is expected to be £1,841,923,724.The Key Criteria used and weighted by the authority were as follows:Quality and Innovation 35%Value 20% Integration, collaboration, and service sustainability 24%Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice 9%Social value 12%The rationale for this was based on the detailed list of all requirements according to the specification and requirements of the integrated care system.
