Egni will provide an estimated 1,000m2 of new business incubation and research collaboration space (total building size of approximately 1,727m2) with complementary business development support. It will create additional offices, workshops and laboratories, training and circulation/reception space.

Egni will provide an estimated 1,000m2 of new business incubation and research collaboration space (total building size of approximately 1,727m2) with complementary business development support. It will create additional offices, workshops and laboratories, training and circulation/reception space. The project will provide an additional 40 parking spaces to supplement the existing provision in addition to landscaping a proportion of the site adjacent to the new building. A sub-station is already present on site and will feed the new building. The drainage solution will be developed further in the next phase. The drainage proposal will require approval via SAB, and discharge of a reserved matters planning condition. Increased bio-diversity and landscaping will also be provided.Value not stated
