Description
The Council reserves the right to extend the contract at its sole discretion for the continued operation and maintenance of the Plant. Should the Council exercise its right to extend, the successful contractor will be given not less than 12 months’ notice to that effect and such option to extend will be treated as an instruction for additional services in accordance with Condition 33.3 of the Operation and Maintenance Services Contract (“O&M Contract”) (please refer to the draft O&M Contract published with the procurement documents).
