Rationale
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: This modification is made under Regulation 72(1)(d)(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Following the administration of the original contractor, a new contractor has assumed the rights and obligations under the contract. The new contractor satisfies the original qualitative selection criteria originally established for the award of the contract. No other changes have been made to the contract, and the modification is not intended to circumvent the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
