Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of a Community Based Therapeutic Support Offer for Children and Young People. The aim of the Service is to deliver a countywide (Hertfordshire) community therapeutic offer supporting the needs of our Children and Young People (CYP). Further information in regards to this opportunity can be found in II.2.4 and VI.3 below. Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to "express interest" which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on 30th September 2024. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted by the system. The estimated total value of all of the Contracts is stated in II.1.5 of this notice and is for initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extension.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process.This contract has now been formally awarded using the Competitive ProcessThe Contract was awarded on the 6th December 2024 following completion of the 8 workingday standstill period.The Contract will commence on the 1st April 2025 and will be for a two (2) year core period with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years, year on year.The approximate life time value of this Contract is £1,600,000

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on the 18th December 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.Written representations should be sent to CAMHS.Commissioning@hertfordshire.gov.ukThe tender required bidders to price for Community Based Therapeutic Support Offer for Children and Young People . The successful provider/s have been assessed against the relevant PSR 5 key criteria which were weighted in terms of their importance and detailed in the instruction to tenderers document. The winning Provider/s were scored against the key criteria and were ranked the highest scoring tenderers out of the bids received for each Lot.The award decision makers are: Deputy Head of Service IHCCT for Adult Care Services and Head of Integrated Health and Care Commissioning for Adult Care ServicesNo declared or potential conflicts of interest were identified during the process.
