Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: Extending the scope of the contract to allow the appointed provider to purchase all technology required will: - support YPO's digital transformation journey through simple integration - proceeding via open competition under the Procurement Act 2023 would introduce significant delays and risks to wider project delivery - no suitable Framework agreements available to utilise - the additional requirements would not exceed the estimated value already in place for 001179
