This Lot will cover the provision of the servicing and maintenance of Generator Sets across the entire Southern Water Region covering approx. 550 Generator sets ranging from 35kva - 3 Megawatt. Reactive repair and maintenance of Generator sets in accordance with the Service Levels and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the safe, efficient and economic maintenance of the said equipment. The Generators shall be maintained in accordance with relevant Southern Water Maintenance Tasks (MF0698 & MF0708) as a minimum and any additional agreed manufacturer's recommendation The Service Provider shall be required to operate an emergency contact call out service at all times (24 hour, 365 days), to attend and repair/ mitigate any issues on the generator assets and associated breakers.
