Independent Evaluation of City Deal, Growth Deal and Devolution Deals

Opportunity overview

The contract is modified through Variation 2 to provide a time-limited continuation of existing evaluation, analytical and advisory services to support live Gateway Review activity. The modification includes: • extension of the contract term to 28 February 2027 in a non-rolling and defined period as a temporary solution. • reconfiguration of existing milestones, to deliver: • an updated National Evaluation Framework • an analytical output on alignment between Integrated Settlements and Investment Fund reporting • additional support option, limited to services within the existing contract scope and subject to prior written approval by the Buyer before any work commences • incorporation of Schedule 30 - Exit and Transition, to support orderly contract closure, knowledge transfer and transition to future delivery arrangements The modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract. Services remain evaluation, analytical, reporting and advisory in nature. No new service category is introduced.
