Rationale: Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: This modification is made in reliance on Regulation 72(1)(b) of the PCR 2015. It consists of a 7 months extension to the term of the existing framework. This extension is necessary to ensure continuity of supply and to avoid any interruption to services pending publication of the new Chemo Framework. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the framework, and the scope of services remains unchanged. Prices will remain fixed until 31st August 2026, new pricing will apply from 01st September 2026 which will remain fixed until 31st January 2027, after which there will be a change in value to reflect the new pricing structure that will be provided for in the new framework, however, this will not exceed 50% of the value of the original framework agreement.
