Please note that this contract change notice is supplemental to the original Contract Notice submitted to Find a Tender Service under reference number 2021/S 000-007172 and the corrigendum contract change notice number 2024/S 000-038829 to extend the life of the DPS. This notice amendment is for:- 1. Change in YPO's contact details 2. Change to YPO's e-tendering portal to access the procurement documents and bid. The new e-tendering portal can be found at http://ypo2.my.site.com/s/Welcome 3. Change to the start date of the DPS as a result of the volume and quality of bids received which took longer to evaluate than expected 4. Change of the award criteria 'price' to 'cost' to reflect the procurement documents and how customers purchase from the DPS. No change to the weighting has been made. 5. Confirmation of the end date of the DPS in line with the Transitional Arrangements under the Procurement Act 2023
