Whilst system limitations prevent the notice from being reclassified in full, this part of the notice confirms that the procurement is, and has at all times been, of an above-threshold value. For the avoidance of doubt, any reference in this Notice to "below-threshold" status is incorrect and shall be construed as a reference to an "above-threshold" procurement, contract, or notice.
