Description
The Authority reserves the right to extend the contract by up to 12 months to accommodate additional overhaul requirements and changes to overhaul schedules. Any extension will be subject to satisfactory performance, continued business need, funding availability, and Authority approval.

Options

Description
A detailed condition assessment can only be carried out once the machine is taken out of service for overhaul. As a result, the full scope of works and any additional parts required will only be confirmed after this assessment. Additional purchases may therefore be required following the assessment to address identified needs.
