- The Authority hereby gives notice that the previously published Contract Award Notice is withdrawn. Following the award decision, new material information emerged relating to the application of TUPE, which significantly affects pricing and the competitive position of bidders. As this information was not available during the tender process, the Authority has determined that the award must be set aside in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and that the procurement must be discontinued to preserve transparency and equal treatment.
