- The contract is for RIBA stages 1-3 with the option for the Council to engage the successful supplier for RIBA stages 4-6. The anticipated spend for RIBA stages 1-3 is £1.6m. The anticipated spend for RIBA stages 4-6 is £1.2m. This gives a contract total of £2.6m if the successful supplier is engaged on RIBA stages 4-6. -The contract has an initial term of two years with the option to extend for a period or periods to cover services up until the end of RIBA stage 6 which is anticipated to be on or around 7 October 2030.
